Navigating Success: Gus Germany’s Leadership on the Spree River

On September 22, the Management Meeting of Gus Germany GmbH took place on a boat in Berlin. During a cruise along the Spree River, key company developments were presented.

CEO Sagi Hartov opened the event and reflected on the successes of the past year. “In recent months, we have made significant progress and consistently achieved our goals,” said Hartov. “This is a testament to the dedication and determination of our entire team.”

In addition to Hartov, other senior executives, including CFO Timo Lösche, Executive Chairman Sascha Flemnitz, CEO UE Ernst Suganandarajah, Real Estate Experts Roy Lavian and Tomer Keren Zvi as well as Marketing Director Christian Drongowski, took the stage to report e.g. on the financial status of the brands as well as the successful growth in international student numbers. Alina Gog, the company’s COO spoke about operational improvements and the implementation of new technologies to enhance efficiency. Attendees gained valuable insights into current projects and future initiatives. The guest speaker, Harmen Zell, Public Policy from Meta, talked about how the metaverse will disrupt the education industry.

The conference also provided a platform for networking and the exchange of ideas among executives. The unique atmosphere fostered creative solutions that will continue to position Gus Germany as an innovative company.
